Alina Residences is the working name of a $111 million residential complex coming soon to Boca Raton, FL. The development will comprise four buildings and provide about 500 units. Construction began in the first quarter of 2019 and is expected to reach completion within the year or so.

The subject property is currently addressed as 3105 Bay Oaks Court, bounded by Bayshore Boulevard to the east and Selmon Expressway to the west, with additional frontage along W. Santiago Street and W. Bay to Bay Blvd. The rise of the pair of skyscrapers will mark this as the first Ritz-Carlton-branded residences in Tampa as demand for luxury condos continues to pick up pace.
New construction permits have been filed for a 380-foot-tall, 38-story mixed-use tower at 2900 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater, Miami. Located near the borders of Wynwood and within what is considered Midtown Miami, the interior lot is just two block away from Biscayne Bay, bounded by NE 29th St. to the south, NE 2nd Ct. to the west, NE 30th St. to the north and Biscayne Blvd. to the east, occupying the entire block. The project will be named Nema, which is a brand of developments by Miami-based Crescent Heights, who has Arquitectonica onboard as the design architect with the Rockwell Group as the architect of record.
In the early hours of the morning on June 24, 2021, Champlain Towers South, a luxury condominium located in Surfside, FL, suffered a partial collapse. At the time of publication, at least one resident was dead, while over 100 more were unaccounted for.
Construction on One River Point has been delayed yet again, according to the Construction Journal. The $210 million residential space made it past the initial design phase only to be stalled due to undisclosed factors. The project has been in the works since 2015.
