In early 2021, developers received permission from the Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board to start construction on a new high-rise venture. Per the Real Deal, the 221-foot-tall tower will offer 56 hotel rooms and 23 luxury condos.
Kobi Karp’s 12-story The Gateway at Wynwood – one of the latest new boutique office buildings to complete in Miami’s Wynwood area – has landed three new-to-market tenants occupying nearly 14,000 square feet in total. New York-based R & B Realty Group, led by CEO Aron Rosenberg, developed the 195,000-square-foot Class-A office project along with Plaza Construction as the general contractor, and opened up for occupancy earlier this year. The Gateway at Wynwood is located at 2916 North Miami Avenue, tucked on the northwest corner of the intersection with Northwest 29th Street. Colliers’ Executive Managing Director Stephen Rutchik, Managing Director Tom Farmer and Director Tyler de la Pena represented the development in the office lease transactions.
Sources report that construction on Gateway Luxury Apartments is slated to start in Fall 2022. The residential venture (located in Pompano Beach, FL) will comprise 128 units, requiring almost 140,000 square feet of new construction total. The homes will be spread across four three-story buildings.
Lynn Townhomes is slated for construction in Delray Beach, Florida. According to the Sun-Sentinel, plans call for three two-story luxury homes, measuring 2,200 square feet to 2,740 square feet each. Each home comes with a swimming pool and parking garage.
New York and Miami real estate developer JDS Development Group (JDS) announced that it has secured an $86,000,000 acquisition and construction loan from New York-based Maxim Capital Group for 1 Southside Park, a two-towered 64-story block-sized mixed-use development underway in Brickell, Miami. This transformative project is designed by a world-class design team from SHoP Architects with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record, residential interiors by Krista Ninivaggi of Woods Baggot, hotel interior design by Rockwell Group and landscaping by James Corner Field Operations. 1 Southside Park will comprise 1,175 residential rental units, 190,000 square feet of premier office space, a 200-key Treehouse Hotel, 10,000 square feet of retail space, and 1,400 parking spaces.
