Prehistoric Archaeological Artifacts Found At The Site Of Related Group’s 444 Brickell Avenue

Prehistoric archaeological artifacts have been discovered at the site of Related Group’s 444 Brickell Avenue, where the developer is planning to build 3 mixed-use towers as high as 82-stories. The remains were uncovered during the demolition of the parking garage that once housed vehicles for the already-demolished U.S. Customs House. According to the Phase 1 Cultural Resource Assessment of the site, the parcel is located within Miami’s Archaelogical Conservation Zone, an area beginning around the mouth of the Miami River.

Façade Installation Nears Completion On Lake Nona Wave Hotel In Orlando

Façade installation is nearing completion on Lake Nona Wave Hotel, a 17-story hospitality building under construction in the Lake Nona Region of Orlando. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by the Tavistock Development Company, the approximately 199-foot-tall structure will yield 234 guest rooms, featuring 18 suites, spread across 234,248 square feet including 12,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The project is located on 2.1 acres of land currently addressed as 6714 Tavistock Lakes Boulevard on what is considered to be Block 3 of Phase 2 in the Lake Nona Town Center Master Plan.
