Melo Group’s Twin 60-Story Island Bay Towers Proposal For 700 NE 24th Street In Edgewater, Miami

The Melo Group, one of Miami’s the most active high-end real estate developers, has their eyes set on the redevelopment of 3.68 acres of land spanning several blocks beside Biscayne Bay in Edgewater. In August of 2019, the developer unveiled plans for Island Bay, two twin 60-story mixed-use towers featuring designs by non other than Arquitectonica, and both reaching a structural height of 637-feet. The site of the proposal is addressed as 700 Northeast 24th Street, which includes approximately 168,262 square feet of total area across 24 parcels.

Additional Renderings And Schematics Revealed For 501 First Residences In UDRB Application

Just a month after the unveiling, Aria Development Group has submitted applications to the Urban Development Review Board seeking approvals for the construction of  their upcoming 40-story tower known as 501 First Residences in Downtown Miami. Designed by renown architect Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Shim Projects, the development is located at 501 Northeast 1st Avenue, at the south-western corner of the interior lot including the addresses 121 NE 5th St. and 515 NW 2st Ave. The tower is expected to yield 393,912 square feet, including 448 fully furnished luxury residential units and 3,127 square feet of commercial space.

Applications Submitted For Evvo House Miami Hotel At 8001 NE Bayshore Court In Miami’s Upper East Side

Plans have been submitted to the Urban Development Review Board of Miami seeking approvals for Evvo House Miami Hotel, a 12-story mixed-use building to be located at 8001 Northeast Bayshore Court in the Upper East Side, Miami. The property’s interior lot faces Biscayne Bay to the east, bounded by the intersection between NE Bayshore Court. and NE 80st Street, also within close proximity to the John F. Kennedy Causeway along NE 79th Street that crosses over to Normandy Isles. 8001 Bayshore Group LLC, an affiliate company of Standard Partners LLC, is listed as the owner of the applications.

East End Capital Sells Class-A Wynwood Arcade To Black Lion Investment Group For $13.5 Million

Los Angeles-based Black Lion Investment Group lead by CEO Robert Rivani has picked up yet another major piece of property in Miami; the Class-A retail venue Wynwood Arcade has been sold to the firm, purchased from East End Capital for a total of $13.5 million. The property is located at 50 Northwest 24th Street in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, bounded by NW 23rd Street to the north and wedged between N. Miami Avenue and NW 2nd Avenue. The purchase follows another recent transaction from Black Lion who spent approximately $12.1 million on waterfront restaurant building Amara at Paraiso, previously owned by the Related Group.
