Foundation Permits Filed For Three Skyscrapers At 1420 South Miami Avenue In Brickell, Miami

Foundation permits have been filed for three mixed-use highrises at 1420 South Miami Avenue in Brickell, Miami. Located between Southwest 14th Street and Southwest 14th Terrace with Southwest 1st Avenue on the west and South Miami Avenue on the east, the approximate 2.74-acre development site is located near the southern tip of the Brickell Financial District. It will give rise to three soaring adjoined superstructures of 50, 60, and 80 stories with around 2.72 million square feet of space. The project was designed by Arquitectonica with ArquitectonicaGEO handling landscape architecture and being developed by Mast Capital. Moss & Associates is listed as the contractor for this scope of work.

Interiors have been revealed for NoMad Residences Wynwood, a 9-story residential building planned for 2700 Northwest 2nd Avenue in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District, Miami’s cultural and creative capital. Meticulously designed by global award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica with interior spaces by Toronto-based DesignAgency and developed by Florida’s leading real estate developer Related Group and partners Tricap and Sydell Group, the development will yield 329 fully finished and furnished turnkey residences in a mix of studio to two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 464 to 931 square feet. Located between Northwest 27th Street and Northwest 27th Terrace, the development is expected to break ground in Q4 of 2022.

Located at 2121 North Bayshore Drive in Miami’s premier Edgewater neighborhood, the 55-story bayfront tower will enjoy over 800 linear feet of frontage on Biscayne Bay and uphold the EDITION brand’s quality of design, services, and amenities. The project will feature 185 bespoke homes showcased in a sleek, 649-foot-tall glass tower designed by visionary architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, founder of Arquitectonica, with acclaimed interiors by Studio Munge led by Alessandro Munge. Two Tower Crane Permits Issued To Denver-Based Aimco For 60-Story Hamilton On The Bay Apartment Tower

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued permits for two tower cranes to build Hamilton on the Bay II, a 649-foot-tall apartment tower soon to rise at 640 Northeast 34th Street in Edgewater, Miami. Designed by Stantec with interiors by Urvanx and landscaping by MAKwork for Denver-based real estate developer Aimco, the 60-story tower will have 241 residential units, 4,696-square-feet of commercial space for a restaurant and a parking garage for 380 vehicles. The planned development will rise on nearly 1.1-acres of combined land parcels between 560 and 640 Northeast 34th Streets, across the street from the developer’s 28-story ‘The Hamilton’ recently renovated apartment tower and directly facing Biscayne Bay.
