Kolter Group Plans Another 41-Story Luxury Condo Tower In Downtown St. Petersburg

The developer behind two of St. Petersburg tallest towers, the 41-story One St. Petersburg and the under construction 35-story Saltaire, has announced plans to develop yet another project that is to fall within the ranks of the city’s tallest. Delray Beach-based Kolter Group is proposing a 41-story mixed-use building nearby at 200 Central Avenue, designed by SB Architects, the same architect that designed the aforementioned developments. The structure is projected to rise 450-feet, topped with a 30-foot-tall decorative crown, and yield 248 residential units, 6,100 square feet of ground floor retail, and 482 parking spaces.

Neology Life Development Group Breaks Ground On Their 14-Story ‘The Julia’ Residential Tower In Allapattah

Neology Life Development Group, led by real estate developer Lissette Calderon, has broken ground on The Julia, a 14-story mixed-use building set to rise at 1625 Northwest 20th Street in Allapattah. Designed by Coral Gables-based Behar Font & Partners, the new structure will soon go vertical on a 73,442-square-foot interior lot nestled in between Northwest 15th and 17th Avenues, with Northwest 21st Street on the north. The project is named after Miami’s founder, Julia Tuttle, and is planned to yield approximately 426,000 square feet of new construction including 323 residential units, 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and 336 parking spaces.

710 Edge Proposed As A 650-Foot-Tall Ultra-Luxury Mixed-Use Tower On The Edgewater Bayfront

Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) will be reviewing proposals for 710 Edge, a 55-story ultra-luxury mixed-use building planned for 710 Northeast 29th Street right on Biscayne Bay in Edgewater, Miami. The tower is being developed by an entity named 710 Edge LLC, a collaborative effort between several prominent developers including Michael Konig, Alex Posth, Louis Birdman and Kevin Venger. ODP Architecture & Design is leading the design of the 650-foot-tall skyscraper, sharing a strong resemblance to the Zaha Hadid-designed 707-foot-tall One Thousand Museum on Biscayne Boulevard where the firm is listed as the architect of record. Plans call for 460,160 square feet of new construction between the tower and an attached garage, which includes 70 residential units, 13,037 square feet of commercial space and 160 parking spaces.

Waldorf Astoria Miami Submitted To Urban Development Review Board And Unveils New Renderings

The highly anticipated Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences has been submitted to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board for approvals. With the application now made public, specific details and new renderings have been revealed for Miami’s first supertall skyscraper. New York City and Miami-based Property Markets Group and Canada-based Greybrook Realty Partners are planning on building a 93-story mixed-use building designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Carlos Ott. The tower would rise 1,036-feet, or 1,048-feet above sea level, and span 1,608,457 square feet across 9 glass offset cubes including 461 residential units, 205 hotel rooms, high-end amenities and 1,321 square feet for commercial uses; an adjacent structure of 431,862 square feet will built for 694 parking spaces.
