Madison Point Apartments Tops Out In Naranja, Miami-Dade County

Construction has topped off for Madison Point Apartments, a multi-building garden-style mixed-use development community under construction along South Dixie Highway intersecting with Henderson Street in Naranja, Miami-Dade County. Designed by Palenzuela & Hevia Design Group and developed by JQ Group, the development is comprised of four 4-story buildings containing 263 residential units and 14,355 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Davie-based ANF Group, Inc., the general contractor on the project, officially announced the topping out of the concrete structures, and is scheduled for completion towards the end of this year.

Related Group’s 41-Story Miami Station Tower Is Approved By The FAA To Rise 539-Feet

The Federal Aviation Administration has approved building permits for Miami Station, a 41-story mixed-use tower at 525 Northwest 2nd Avenue in Downtown Miami’s Overtown District. Designed by ODP Architecture & Design and developed by the Related Group, the structure is permitted to rise 539-feet, or 546-feet above sea level. According to construction permits currently under review, Miami Station will yield approximately 730,000 square feet including an estimated 247,000 square feet of office space, roughly 298,000 square feet of residential space across 301 dwelling units, and a podium comprising nearly 6,000 square feet of ground floor retail and 6 levels of parking for over 500 vehicles. FAA building permits were approved on March 25, 2022, and are valid for the next 18 months, meaning Related has from now until October 25, 2023 to begin vertical construction.

Mediterranean-Themed 11-Story Mixed-Use Development Designed By MSA Architects Proposed In Coral Gables

An 11-story Mediterranean-themed mixed-use development designed by MSA Architects has been proposed for 3808 Southwest 8th Street in Coral Gables. FRC Realty Inc., an entity linked to Chicago-based real estate developer Fifield Realty Corp, submitted plans for a 227,670-square-foot building to be considered by Coral Gables’ Development Review Committee, which includes 103 residential units and amenities spread across 105,946 square feet of space, approximately 11,350 square feet of retail space, 7,241 square feet of office space and a garage integrated into the podium for up to 177 vehicles. Witkin Hults + Partners is listed as the landscape architect and Kimley Horn is the civil engineer.

Miami’s Urban Development Review Board Receives Plans For ‘LIVWRK Wynwood’ Designed By Morris Adjmi Architects

Miami’s Urban Development Review Board has received plans for LIVWRK Wynwood, a mixed-use development proposed for 2400 and 2500 North Miami Avenue in Wynwood. Designed by New York City-based Morris Adjmi Architects with MKDA Florida designing interiors, and developed by Brooklyn-based real estate developer LIVWRK, the proposal is comprised of two buildings on separate parcels of land rising 8 to 12 stories each. The 2400 parcel would consist of 420 multifamily residential units and 59,461 square feet of office space above 29,057 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The 2500 parcel would would be developed as an apartment/hotel with 122 units, atop 8,996 square feet of ground floor commercial space. In total, both buildings would collectively yield 922,466 square feet including 611,855 square feet of residential and amenity space, 100,220 square feet of office and commercial space, and a 210,361-square-foot parking structure for 564 vehicles and 50 racks for nearly 800 bicycles.
