Chicago-based Fifield Realty Corp Submits Plans For 210-Unit ‘Wynwood Station’ At 45 Northeast 27th Street

Chicago-based Fifield Realty Corp has filed plans to develop a 210-unit mixed-use project in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. The development is planned to rise 92-feet spanning 8 floors at 45 Northeast 27th Street, nestled in between North Miami Avenue and Brightline train tracks with frontage on Northeast 28th Street to the north. MSA Architects is listed as the architect for the building with Architectural Alliance Landscape responsible for landscaping. Officially named Wynwood Station, plans call for 331,846 square feet of space including 11,576 square feet of ground floor retail, 27,486 square feet of amenities and a parking garage for 283 vehicles.

Activity Spotted At The Site Of The Kobi Karp-Designed Miami Riverwalk Towers In Brickell

Activity has been spotted at the site of the Miami Riverwalk Towers mega development, a 4.2 million-square-foot multi-building mixed-used project planned for the western perimeters of Brickell, Miami. Designed by Kobi Karp and developed by CG Miami River LLC, lead by New York City’s Meyer Chetrit, the development is projected to yield 1,678 residential units, 330 hotel rooms, nearly 197,000 square feet of retail space, and just over 98,000 square feet of office space. The first of four towers may soon go vertical at 275 Southwest 6th Street, the northwestern section of the site, and rise 54 stories topping out at 643-feet.

34-Story ‘The Edge’ Mixed-Use Tower Set To Rise Later This Year In Downtown Orlando

Orlando’s urban core is poised to see new large scale developments as Dallas-based real estate developer Lincoln Property Company may soon begin construction on  The Edge, a 34-story mixed-use skyscraper set to rise approximately 400-feet over the Downtown area some time during the fourth quarter of this year. The tower is expected to rise at 225 South Garland Avenue, just north of the developer’s 28-story SunTrust Plaza completed in 2020, replacing the former club/venue replacing the former Ballroom at Church Street Station. Designed by architect Baker Barrios, the project will yield 230 residential units, 200,000 square feet of office space and 4,000 square feet of retail.

Two 39-Story Towers Proposed For ‘Link At Douglas’ Phase 2 Near Coral Gables

A pre-application meeting has been filed requesting an Administrative Site Plan Review (ASPR) from Miami Dade’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources for the development of Link at Douglas -Phase 2, a two-tower 39-story mixed-use building proposed adjacent to the Douglas Road Metrorail Station. The structure is designed by Arquitectonica and being developed between Adler Group and 13th Floor Investments, and is projected to yield over 1.1 million square feet of space including 854 residential units, 84,160 square feet of office space, 3,385 square feet of retail space and 1,166 parking spaces. The property is bounded by Douglas Road to the east, South Dixie Highway to the south and aligns with Southwest 38th Avenue on the west.
