Kolter Group Plans Another 41-Story Luxury Condo Tower In Downtown St. Petersburg

The developer behind two of St. Petersburg tallest towers, the 41-story One St. Petersburg and the under construction 35-story Saltaire, has announced plans to develop yet another project that is to fall within the ranks of the city’s tallest. Delray Beach-based Kolter Group is proposing a 41-story mixed-use building nearby at 200 Central Avenue, designed by SB Architects, the same architect that designed the aforementioned developments. The structure is projected to rise 450-feet, topped with a 30-foot-tall decorative crown, and yield 248 residential units, 6,100 square feet of ground floor retail, and 482 parking spaces.

Safra National Bank Gets Approval For A 12-Story Inverted Pyramid Office Tower Designed By Foster + Partners

Safra National Bank is moving forward with their plans to develop 3050 Aventura, a 12-story office building slated for 3050 Northeast 199th Street in Aventura, Florida. The 200-foot-tall structure is designed by British architectural and engineering firm Foster + Partners with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record. The City of Aventura granted the bank approvals for the project, allowing for the redevelopment of the site that is currently improved with a 2-story building occupied by Safra. Plans for the new building call for the development of 113,650 square feet of office space along with two basement levels for parking.

Waldorf Astoria Miami Submitted To Urban Development Review Board And Unveils New Renderings

The highly anticipated Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences has been submitted to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board for approvals. With the application now made public, specific details and new renderings have been revealed for Miami’s first supertall skyscraper. New York City and Miami-based Property Markets Group and Canada-based Greybrook Realty Partners are planning on building a 93-story mixed-use building designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Carlos Ott. The tower would rise 1,036-feet, or 1,048-feet above sea level, and span 1,608,457 square feet across 9 glass offset cubes including 461 residential units, 205 hotel rooms, high-end amenities and 1,321 square feet for commercial uses; an adjacent structure of 431,862 square feet will built for 694 parking spaces.

NATIIVO’s Core Rises Several Levels Above Grade In Downtown Miami

Core formwork has reached several levels above ground on NATIIVO, a 51-story mixed-use building under construction at 601 Northeast 1st Avenue in Downtown Miami.  The 588-foot-tall structure is designed by international architecture firm Arquitectonica and developed by Sixth Street Miami Partners LLC. The development is planned to yield nearly 932,859 square feet of combined space between a mix of dwelling and lodging units, office spaces, retail venues and a parking garage. Located just south of the Miami Worldcenter complex, the property is bounded by Northeast 1st Avenue to the west, Northeast 6th Street to the south and Northeast 2nd Avenue to the east.

Exterior work has appears to have reached completion on Wynwood Square, a 12-story mixed-use building located at 2201 North Miami Avenue in Wynwood. Designed by Canada-based architecture firm Stantec and developed by Los Angeles-based CIM Group together with One Real Estate Investment, the project yields approximately 276,000 square feet of space including 257 residential units across two towers, nearly 54,000 square feet of office space and 25,000 square feet of retail with a parking component fit for 480 vehicles.
