Plans have been filed for modifications on One Biscayne Tower, an existing 40-story office building at 2 South Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. Completed in 1973, this 982,578-square-foot high-rise stands approximately 443 feet and occupies the entire western frontage on Biscayne Boulevard between East Flagler Street and Southeast 1st Street, across the street from Bayfront Park. Miami-based CP Group is the property owner and applicant behind the proposal, and architecture firm MKDA has been tapped to redesign the section of the building in scope.

The proposal consists of two towers, one of which is the recently-ground-broken 44-story Lofty Brickell, and a second tower of 43 stories. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Newgard Development Group, the project would yield 784 residential units, ground floor retail space, 13,170 square feet of office space, and 919 parking spaces.

Designed by Miami-based architecture firm Modis Architects and developed by WN Development, LLC, led by Claudio Nigro, the proposed 7-story development would replace an existing one-story structure located at 2390 Northwest 62nd Street, between Northwest 24th Avenue and Northwest 23rd Court. The location is currently designated for commercial land use and falls within the boundaries of the Model City Urban Center mixed-use corridor, while the building would offer 1,876 square feet of retail space and 105 dwelling units, with 47 surface parking spaces for retail and residential purposes.
