Artisan Pointe Proposed For 26115 South Dixie Highway In Naranja, Florida

It appears that new mid-to-large scale developments are popping up more often towards the southern regions of Miami-Dade County. In Naranja, a community north of the City of Homestead, this happens to the case, where many vacant plots of land are being scooped up for various types of mixed-use pro. Another proposal is currently being reviewed by the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources seeking approvals for the multi-unit Artisan Pointe, a mixed-use project comprised of  three buildings of 4 and 5 stories located at 26115 South Dixie Highway. The owner of the applications is CGarco Investments LLC and designed by Palenzuela & Hevia Design.

The City of North Miami Beach has granted the approval for the construction of Canal Park West Tower, a 10-story office building planned to rise in the Eastern Shores district along the canal connected to Maule Lake. The subject’s site is located at 3227 Northeast 163rd Street, alternatively known as Sunny Isles Boulevard, and is being developed by Canal Park Office 2 LLC, an affiliate company of Namnum Developers LLC, and designed by Idea Architect.
