Applications have been submitted to the Central City Redevelopment Advisory Board seeking the approval for the design and development of South Middle River Lofts, a 5-story mixed-use apartment complex proposed for 1123 Northeast 4th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. Designed by Atlas Architects and developed by Chicago-based East Lake Management Group under the 1123 NE 4th Ave FL LLC, the project yields 84,207 square feet of space across 60 residential units, 2,250 square feet of commercial space and 120 parking spaces.

Related Group’s The District At 225 N Miami Avenue Scheduled To Break Ground In Q4 2021

A ground breaking schedule has been announced for The District, a 37-story mixed-use skyscraper set to rise at 225 North Miami Avenue in Downtown Miami. Developed by the Related Group and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by the Meshberg Group, the structure should rise to 394-feet and yield 343 units, bounded by bounded by NE 3rd St. to the north, NE 1st Ave, to the east and NE 2nd St. to the south. The developer has unveiled ground breaking will occur in Q4 of 2021, which is later this year.

Melo Group’s Twin 60-Story Island Bay Towers Proposal For 700 NE 24th Street In Edgewater, Miami

The Melo Group, one of Miami’s the most active high-end real estate developers, has their eyes set on the redevelopment of 3.68 acres of land spanning several blocks beside Biscayne Bay in Edgewater. In August of 2019, the developer unveiled plans for Island Bay, two twin 60-story mixed-use towers featuring designs by non other than Arquitectonica, and both reaching a structural height of 637-feet. The site of the proposal is addressed as 700 Northeast 24th Street, which includes approximately 168,262 square feet of total area across 24 parcels.
