Developers Sign Utility Agreement For Upcoming Supertall One Brickell City Centre

The developers of One Brickell City Centre have signed a utility agreement to connect the upcoming supertall office tower at 700 Brickell Avenue to Miami-Dade County’s water and sewer system. The agreement, dated February 22, lists 700 Brickell City Centre LLC and Brickell City Centre Project LLC as the developing entities, with Kieran Bowers of Swire Properties signing on behalf of both entities. Hudson Yards developer Related Companies, led by Stephen Ross, is also a partner in the project. Miami-based Arquitectonica designed the project.
