Coca-Cola Beverages Florida LLC is continuing construction on a new distribution center in Tampa. The 800,000-square-foot complex will rest on a 156-acre lot. BusinessWire reports that the facility will serve as a campus for the hundreds of employees residing in the area.
Plans are underway for Radius at Sawgrass, a 32-acre mixed-use community in Broward County, Florida. The venture, estimated to cost more than $400 million to finish, will offer 750,000 square feet of office space, 50,000 square feet of commercial space, and 750 residences.
Kolter Group hopes to move forward with Antillia, a townhome development near Florida City. The South Florida Business Journal reports that homes will range from 1,338 square feet to 1,815 square feet each. The project will offer 563 residences.
There’s just one vacant parcel in the Westshore Yacht Club, and it’ll soon be home to Aqua, a three-building community. The first tower will offer 77 condos.
As it stands, the Floridian Express Hotel is a two-star hotel located on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. Now, developers hope to convert the 1970s-era hotel into a community solely comprising studio apartments.
