In May 2021, developers Barron Real Estate, Inc. and Hudson Capital LLC secured approval for a 138-room luxury hotel in Broward County, FL. Construction’s expected to serve in February 2022, with Marker Construction Group and Stiles Corporation operating as the general contractors.
Regal Cinemas, a movie theater in Jacksonville, FL, will soon make way for a multi-family housing development. Dubbed “Regal Apartments,” the $41 million venture will offer 334 housing units. The project comprises five four-story buildings. The community itself calls for more than 480,000 square feet of new construction and sits on 15.07 acres.
Aviara East Pompano is a mixed-use community slated for Pompano Beach, Florida. Upon completion, the 5.13-acre site will comprise both homes and retail space. In total, the residences measure over 300,000 square feet, and the retail space will measure about 13,000 square feet.
Pinnacle 441, a mixed-use venture offering affordable housing options, is scheduled to break ground in April 2022. The $35 million project will offer 113 residential units. There are 14 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units, 64 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units, and 35 three-bedroom/two-bathroom units.
3000 Waterside is a luxury housing development planned for Fort Lauderdale, FL. The $61 million project’s still in its infancy. However, when completed, it’ll deliver three 15-story towers comprising 103 units. Per Vickie Real Estate, 3000 Waterside will reach completion in 2025.
