Rollins College will soon be home to a new theater. It’s called the Tiedtke Theater & Dance Centre, named for Philip and Sigrid Tiedkte, who donated $5 million to make the venture possible. Construction started in November 2021, with OHL Building, Inc. operating as the general contractor. Construction’s anticipated to end in the fourth quarter of 2022.
The Reef is nearing completion in Jacksonville, FL, with availability starting June 2022. The Jacksonville Financial News & Daily Record notes that the complex was initially called “Fiddler’s Reef.” Construction started on the Reef in Summer 2020, with Live Oak Contracting operating as the general contractor.
The Napier in Daytona Beach, FL, is getting another 120 residences as part of its second phase. The apartment complex already features 260 units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans. It offers resort-style accommodations for those living in Volusia County.
AdventHealth Training Center is nearing completion in Orlando, Florida. The multi-million-dollar project is a partnership between the Orlando Magic and AdventHealth. In 2020, the Orlando Sentinel-Orange County Edition noted that the facility would comprise more than 100,000 square feet.
