Six Fisher Island is a luxury 11-story building aiming for a 2025 delivery. Designed by Kobi Karp, the high-rise venture will comprise 50 residences, ranging from three-bedroom to five-bedroom layout plans.
Domus Brickell is slated for a 2025 delivery. The 12-story building will comprise 171 furnished residences, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. They will measure 330 square feet to 979 square feet.
The Edition Residences Edgewater is slated for a 2026 delivery in Miami-Dade County. It’s the first private residence under the Edition brand.
In 2019, Urbanica Management purchased a .98-acre site in Miami-Dade County for $40 million––the last vacant site in the area at the time. Now, nearly three years later, the organization hopes to move ahead with plans for a 16-story hotel.
Brevard Zoo hopes to have the first manatee rehabilitation center in the county. Through grant funding and generous donations, the multi-million-dollar venture will comprise three tanks in the zoo’s “behind-the-scenes areas.”
