A former trailer park in Miami-Dade County could soon find new life as River Rapids, a 593-unit apartment complex. Homes would span from studios to three-bedroom units, with some homes featuring dens. Square footage ranges from 540 square feet to 1,300 square feet.

Now, as of August 2022, developers have plans for a $180 million fulfillment center that will require more than 350,000 square feet of new construction.

The Place at Channelside is a residential complex in Tampa, Florida. Now, the venture’s getting its second phase, which is expected to cost around $70 million to complete. As it stands, the development comprises 245 units.
