YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg has big plans for a mixed-use development centered around the Jim and Heather Gills YMCA campus. The $96 million venture will offer both residential and retail developments on a build site measuring just over 11 acres.
Evo, a 23-story multi-family tower, is undergoing construction in St. Petersburg, Florida. Kast Construction broke ground on the venture in March 2021. Prior to construction, the general contractor had to demolish Onyx Nightclub, which ceased operations in 2015.
Panther National is a single-family housing development in Palm Beach County, FL. The high-end community will feature 218 homes measuring from 4,200 square feet to 10,000 square feet.
A new Target Fulfillment Center’s coming to San Antonio, Florida. The 1.4 million-square-foot facility will rest on a lot measuring 121 acres. It will also have more than 1,800 square feet of frontage on Interstate 75.
Moffitt Cancer Center has big plans for a 775-acre development in Pasco County, Florida. Dubbed “Speros FL,” the $9.3 billion venture will feature 16 million square feet of “lab, office, manufacturing and clinical space,” per Moffitt Cancer Center.
