Cornerstone is a new residential development unfolding in Jupiter, Florida. The luxury development will offer 15 units in a five-story building, with each home measuring 2,000 to 4,000 square feet each.
SeaGlass Jupiter Island is scheduled to open in Fall 2022. Construction started on the venture in December 2020. The complex will measure 10 stories above grade and comprise 21 residences, featuring three-bedroom to four-bedroom units.
Tyndall Air Force Base, located in Mexico Beach, Florida, is undergoing a multi-billion-dollar renovation that will transform the base into “the base of the future.” Part of that initiative includes a master-planned community that will eventually offer over 900 homes. The first phase will offer 216 apartments.
Astor Development hopes to end construction on Douglas Enclave by the third quarter of 2022. Construction on the venture began in 2019 and involved demolishing a building.
Palm Beach County, Florida, could soon be home to One South Ocean. The development could comprise two seven-story towers offering 70 units––35 per building. Developers have been planning this project since 2016.
