Presently, The Bohemian, a $23 million mixed-use residential venture, is continuing construction. Construction began on the project in the second quarter of 2021, per the Construction Journal. Ideally, the venture will reach completion within the next few years.

Sunrise, FL, will soon be home to a 288-unit luxury garden-style apartment. The 15.5-acre site is presently under construction after securing a $45.8 construction loan back in 2020. The residence is intended to alleviate the housing crisis in the area. In total, the project will cost $55 million to complete.
Skyrise Miami was intended to serve as a massive entertainment venue for the residents and tourists of Biscayne Bay. However, after being in the works for nearly eight years, the project has been abandoned.
A new Holiday Inn Express is coming to Hollywood, FL. The $9.7 million venture intends to provide hotel rooms to those visiting the area. The project was previously delayed in June 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
