Wynwood Urby is a multi-million-dollar mixed-use venture coming to Miami-Dade County, Florida. Both Ironstate Development and Brookfield Properties have partnered on the venture. The eight-story building comprises more than 370,000 square feet of new construction, featuring over 280 residential units.
RCC Developers hopes to start construction on a new mixed-use project in Miami-Dade County, Florida. It acquired the 1.17-acre site for $850,000 in 2021. There are no structures on the build site, so plans do not call for demolition.

The high-rise complex will offer housing options to college students in the Alachua County, primarily those attending the University of Florida and Santa Fe College.
