Palm Lake Christian Church has big plans for an empty plot of land on its site in Pinellas County, Florida. Its newest venture, estimated at $27.25 million, will offer more than 70 affordable housing units.
The Related Group of Florida hopes to move ahead with Hollywood Arts Residences in Broward County, Florida. The South Florida Business Journal reports that previously, plans called for a 26-story tower with 135 beachfront units.
Miami Jewish Health Systems is currently working on an expansion of Douglas Gardens, an affordable housing complex for seniors in Broward County. According to McDowell, Douglas Gardens presently has 332 apartments spread across four buildings––all on a 25-acre lot.
Construction on Vista Hills Apartments could start soon. The complex, resting on a 16.61-acre build site, would offer about 320 units. GrowthSpotter notes that homes will range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans.
Sources report that construction’s expected to start on Le Park 27 in June 2023. At the time of publication, the venture was in its early planning stages. However, the development aims to alleviate the housing crisis in Miami-Dade County.
