An 8.4-acre parcel is slated to become a residential complex in Largo, FL. The 271-unit venture, called “Lantower Bayside,” will measure four stories above grade and comprise 261,000 square feet of leasable space.

NJR Investment and Development Company has changed its plans for Claridge Lane Townhomes, which is now known as “Aerie on 3rd.” Previously, Claridge Lane Townhomes was to offer 15 three-bedroom townhomes, starting in the low $1,000,000s.
