A Tao-branded hotel is coming to Orlando, Florida. The $175 million venture is expected to finish construction in 2025. According to PR Newswire, the venture will serve as an anchor for the upcoming O-Town West, a 350-acre mixed-use project.
Element Melbourne Beach has officially broken ground in Melbourne, Florida. It’s the first hotel under the Marriott brand on the Space Coast, according to citybiz. The 130-key hotel will rest on a 2.56-acre parcel.
Developers hope to move forward with a new mixed-use community in Apopka, FL. The Orlando Business Journal calls it: “Wingspan/ABC Kelly Park,” and it would feature more than 350 apartments on a 21.36-acre site.
In 2014, Fifteen 1836 Biscayne LLC purchased First Church of Christ Scientist, a historic building erected in 1926. Now, nearly eight years later, it plans to build a 40-story tower right next door.
The Related Group of Florida is presently working on Manor West River, a residential housing development in Tampa, Florida. The eight-story building will offer more than 300 units. It’s part of the larger West River District, which will feature 1,636 homes and about 177,000 square feet of commercial space.
