Erickson Senior Living at Lakewood Ranch is emerging in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Per the Bradenton Herald, the community will comprise more than 1,000 independent living apartments, along with a 250-bed skilled nursing facility.
Construction continues on Metropolitan at Coral Square, a $100 million residential venture in Broward County, Florida. The complex, which was announced in 2019, will comprise 204 apartments in an eight-story tower.
Pine 42 is a multi-million-dollar multifamily complex that will comprise 50 move-in-ready homes. Units range from 700 square feet to 2,700 square feet each. They include one-bedroom to three-bedroom homes, plus eight penthouses.
Construction’s expected to start on Cathedral Commons in August 2023. It’s called Cathedral Commons because it’s located in Jacksonville’s Downtown Cathedral District.
The Affiliated Group hopes to make a project even bigger than before. If approved, the Pierce would offer 300 homes, ranging from 572 square feet to 1,423 square feet each. They include studios to three-bedroom units.
