Miramar’s City Commission considered plans for “the Residences at Foxcroft Cove” on September 18th. Georgia-based Nurock Cos., which has the build site under contract from IT Webcam LLC, has plans for a mid-rise housing development.
Arizona-based Taylor Morrison has announced that a single-family development in its pipeline has reached completion. Coopers Meadow is a 120-home community, offering residences measuring 1,500 to 2,116 square feet.
