Villa Vizcaya—Legends Pointe is undergoing construction in Port St. Lucie, Florida. CBG Building Company, the general contractor, started construction in May 2022. It’s scheduled to conclude in June 2024.
Miami Gardens City Center is scheduled for completion by 2025. The 35-acre project will offer “720 apartments, 270 hotel rooms, 234,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, and two 800-space parking garages.”
Erickson Senior Living at Lakewood Ranch is emerging in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Per the Bradenton Herald, the community will comprise more than 1,000 independent living apartments, along with a 250-bed skilled nursing facility.
Construction continues on Metropolitan at Coral Square, a $100 million residential venture in Broward County, Florida. The complex, which was announced in 2019, will comprise 204 apartments in an eight-story tower.
Pine 42 is a multi-million-dollar multifamily complex that will comprise 50 move-in-ready homes. Units range from 700 square feet to 2,700 square feet each. They include one-bedroom to three-bedroom homes, plus eight penthouses.
