A new commercial/retail venture’s coming to Boynton Beach, Florida. Boynton Beach Marketplace will comprise more than 62,000 square feet of new construction, offering restaurants, boutique fitness centers, and other ventures.
Construction is continuing on Everlake at Mandarin, a 55+ community in Jacksonville, Florida. The venture compromises 192 “luxury paired homes” starting in the low $300’s.
Carver Square, an affordable single-family housing community, is unfolding in Delray Beach, Florida. Plans include 20 homes measuring one to two stories above grade.
In spring 2019, Drury Development Co. purchased a 13.73-acre property for $16.5 million. The property was previously called “Loehmann’s Plaza.” Now, the Missouri-based firm hopes to replace the plaza with a two-phase mixed-use venture.
Construction broke ground in December 2021 on Gulfshore Playhouse, a theater in Naples, Florida. The venture’s been in the works for years, and finally, it’s one step closer to being a reality.
