Eden at Heritage Lakes could start construction in December 2022, sources report. The $108.4 million venture would comprise more than 380,000 square feet of new construction, offering 278 one-story horizontal apartments and 98 two-story townhomes.
Not too long ago, TPA Development finished construction on one of its office buildings in Broward County, Florida. Now, the firm hopes to start construction on another venture. The Real Deal reports that the residential venture will be completed in phases, with phase 1 offering 350 multi-family units.
MMI Development hopes to move forward with a $105 million residential venture in Sarasota County. Progress at University could comprise five four-story buildings, offering 280 multi-family units on a 16.57-acre lot. Records from Sarasota County report that the proposed build site formerly served as overflow parking for the now-defunct greyhound racing stadium.
Aura Delray Beach is slated to open in Spring 2023, offering more than 290 luxury residences on a 12.20-acre lot. Moss & Associates––Corporate Office started construction on the venture in late 2021.
Demolition has started on the Naples Beach Hotel, a historic property dating back to the 1940s. In its place will be a new venture called the “Naples Beach Club Hotel.” It’s under the Four Seasons brand and will offer 216 hotel rooms and more than 150 condos.
