Livano Nature Coast is a 348-unit multi-family community slated for Spring Hill, Florida. LIV Development recently purchased the 31.75-acre build site for $4.35 million, per Land Advisors Organization.
Walt Disney World Resort has decided to address Florida’s affordable housing crisis with a community of its own. The venture, resting on an 80-acre parcel, will offer 1,300 affordable housing units.
Residences at Palm Beach is taking shape in Palm Beach County, FL. The 25-story building would offer 372 residences, ranging from studios to multi-bedroom homes. Per the Real Deal, the venture would also include a 28,184-square-foot grocery store on a 2.6-acre lot.
Developers hope to move forward with Sistrunk View, which hopes to revolutionize the downtown Fort Lauderdale area. CRA Revitalize Fort Lauderdale notes that the venture will transform Sistrunk Boulevard into a “millennial hotspot.”
Miami Beach, Florida, will soon be home to Vista Breeze, an affordable housing community for seniors. The venture will offer more than 115 units divided between two sites. One site measures 30,600 square feet and the other 22,752 square feet.
