JMorton Planning & Landscape Architecture currently has nine projects in the works. One of those projects, Polo Gardens, is intended to serve as a mixed-use development featuring both residential and commercial units.
Sundy Village, once dubbed “Midtown Delray,” is coming to Palm Beach County, FL, sometime in 2023. Per the Construction Journal, the mixed-use development will host residential spaces, retailers, and hotels.
American Land Ventures and Isram Realty Group have joined forces to build a 10-story apartment building in east Boynton Beach, FL. The complex will comprise about 320 units that are designed along the intercoastal. There is also 50,000 square feet intended for retail space.
Back in January 2020, CFH Group, LLC filed a pre-application for the construction of an eight-story tall apartment complex. Located near Miami International Airport, the complex was intended to provide housing to those living in the area. Now, in 2021, that application has been approved.
The project is currently being managed by Shoma Group, which is situated in Coral Gables, FL. The organization has several residences and mix-used projects in the works. Construction has not yet begun on the project.
