Non-profit Casa Familia intends to open the first phase of “The Village of Casa Familia” in the first half of 2026. The community, which will include three phases, is geared toward individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Miami-based Integra Investments plans to break ground on Ocean Park Residences (formerly Ocean Park Hotel and Residences) in spring 2026. The original plans in June 2022 were to feature two buildings: an 11-story tower with 54 condos and a 12-story high-rise with 100 hotel rooms.
An affiliate of Paxton Development Group has plans for a mixed-use project in Miami-Dade County. Legacy Park would offer 230 apartments in two eight-story buildings, with some reserved as affordable housing.
In February 2022, we shared that Tampa-based developer TLR Group was seeking approval from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for a 540-foot-tall high-rise tower in Downtown Tampa. Although the developer secured approval, it has altered the project’s specs to feature more residences and less commercial and office space.
In October 2023, Florida YIMBY reported on Urbania NoMi 125st, a mixed-use venture proposed by Continua Developments. Now, the project has broken ground in Miami-Dade County. Upon completion, it’ll offer both residential and commercial space.
