As it stands, Plantation Walk is a 27-acre mixed-use development that replaced Broward County’s Fashion Mall. The venture currently offers more than 300 apartments. Now, a second phase is in the works, which will add even more residences to the development.
Developers are moving forward with Cornerstone, a mixed-use development slated for Coral Springs, Florida. It will offer a state-of-the-art boutique hotel with a parking garage. Plans also call for more than 300 luxury apartments.
Novo Gateway is presently in the works for Fort Myers, Florida. The residential venture will offer a total of 344 homes, comprising 270 apartments and 74 townhomes. Apartments measure about 931 square feet, and townhomes measure around 1,701 square feet.
Parks at Delray is a new mixed-use venture slated for Palm Beach County, Florida. Upon completion, the development will offer hundreds of apartments spread across multiple garden-style buildings. Apartments will range from studios to three-bedroom units. At this time, pricing options are not available.
Madeline Commons PUD (planned unit development) is just one of many ventures unfolding in Central Florida. The multi-million-dollar venture will offer no more than 149 residential units on a 34.602-acre lot, with a maximum of eight units per acre. The existing parcel is largely undeveloped.
