Construction is ongoing on Shoppes of Bougainvillea Phase II. The one-story shopping center began construction back in November 2020. The venture has been in the works since 2017, according to the Port Saint Lucie City Council. Comprising 12,690 square feet of new construction, the venture intends to bring in more tax revenue, as well as create new jobs.
Surfside Land LLC is in the process of completing its first project, Surfside Quadraplex. It’s estimated to cost anywhere from $1 million to $5 million to build, according to the Construction Journal.
For a while, 7-Eleven was the king of convenience stores. With its hot-case items, fresh pastries, and iconic Slurpees, it virtually had no competition. However, as Wawa gains traction, 7-Eleven is seeking to expand its customer base by adding new locations throughout Florida.
Don’t be confused by the name––this development doesn’t have ski lodges or towering mountain slopes. Aspen Heights is coming soon to Tampa, FL, per the Construction Journal. Featuring 67 units spread out over 12 garden-style, low-rise buildings, the venture is presently in its “bids by invitation phase.”
