Harbor Grove Apartments has recently finished construction in Stuart, Florida. The $28 million multifamily housing complex offers more than 320 apartments, measuring 618 square feet to 874 square feet each. Apartments.com notes that layout plans comprise one-bedroom to two-bedroom homes. Rent begins at $1,925 a month, although this could change with time.
General contractors broke ground on the Avery in February 2021, and now, it’s leasing. The multifamily residential venture offers 200 units spread across five four-story buildings. In total, the venture required more than 200,000 square feet of new construction.
A 14-acre plot in Brevard County could soon find new life as one of Central Florida’s newest attractions. The Port Canaveral Aquarium is a $100 million venture that will offer 130,000 square feet of new construction. Florida Today reports that the general contractor hopes to break ground in 2024 and complete the venture by 2027 at the latest.
Port Orange will soon be home to a new housing development. Meet Hawks Mill. The $70 million housing complex will feature 336 luxury apartments. The size and layout plans of these units are not currently available. However, the community is brimming with amenities, including a 1,900-square-foot fitness center and a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse.
Corradi Construction Group hopes to break ground on the Wesley at Fillmore in Fall 2022. Before construction starts, developers will demolish two single-family homes. The multi-family development, located in Hollywood, Florida, will host 57 apartments in a four-story building. The venture will cost around $10 million to build, and it was designed by Kaller Architecture.
