Upon completion, the multi-million-dollar venture will eventually offer 500 homes––140 of will be affordable housing units, per Cash Flow in Miami Realty. The publication reports that Quail Roost Transit Village is a five-phase project.
Aventura Park is unfolding in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The eight-story building will comprise more than 236,000 square feet of new construction, offering 290 apartments. The South Florida Business Journal reports that the development will also have 1,450 square feet of retail space and 435 parking spots.
Apopka Business Center is taking shape in Central Florida. The 710,073-square-foot venture will comprise three buildings, resting on a 79-acre site. GrowthSpotter reports that the smallest building will measure 120,192 square feet. The two other buildings will measure 443,106 square feet and 146,775 square feet.
The Julia is now leasing units in St. Petersburg, Florida. The multi-million-dollar venture measures 19 stories above grade and offers lofts, full-estate units, and penthouses. Some units comprise 8,000 square feet of new construction; 6,000 square feet of interior space, and 2,000 square feet of outdoor terraces.
