Construction is ongoing on Aria Reserve, a luxury residential complex in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The multi-million-dollar venture will offer two of the tallest waterfront dual towers in the continental U.S. They will both measure 62 stories above grade and require more than one million square feet of new construction.

Sycamore Orlando Resort’s first phase is nearing completion in Central Florida. The upscale luxury apartments range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom suites. The resort itself will comprise six seven-story towers, with eight to 10 units on each floor.
