Corporate Realty’s got big plans for an assisted living facility in Davie, Florida. Construction on the $30 million venture could start in July 2023. Upon completion, it’ll offer more than 40,000 square feet of new construction, featuring a four-story assisted living facility and a three-story medical office building.
Cigar Lofts at Albany will comprise 21 apartments, along with 10 townhomes south of the property. Our sources report that these townhomes will range from 2,000 square feet to 2,400 square feet.
Construction is anticipated to start on Vita at Grove Isle by the end of this month. The six-story venture will comprise 65 luxury condos, which will measure around 4,000 square feet each.
