Dominium, Inc. hopes to move forward with The Mira and The Waters, two housing developments offering more than 500 units in Orange County, Florida. According to the Orlando Business Journal, The Mira would offer 336 affordable housing units, while The Waters would offer 180 affordable housing units.

Alton Bay Miami Beach is an eight-story housing development planned for Miami-Dade County, Florida. The community will feature 78 units, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom units. Of those 78 residences, 75 are condos and three are garden-style villas. The homes will measure 940 square feet to 2,182 square feet each.
The North Edge, a residential housing development in Palm Beach County, could start construction in the spring of next year. The three-story building would offer nine condos, measuring 2,000 square feet to 3,080 square feet each.
Developers hope to move forward with a seven-story apartment building in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Dubbed “Little 22 Apartments” by some sources, the .24-acre build site would host 40 apartments. Five of those apartments must be workforce housing for the developers to secure a workforce housing density bonus.
