Miami, Florida, will soon be home to a new Virgin hotel. Dubbed “Virgin Hotels Miami,” the 40-story building will offer close to 250 rooms, all designed after the venture’s signature brand. The hotel will also offer 15,000 square feet of amenity space, including a spa, meeting space, and an entertainment venue.
Montage at Midtown is a new multi-family venture slated for Fort Myers, Florida. The million-dollar venture will offer 321 units on a 4.71-acre plot.
