Summer House at Lake Apopka is undergoing construction in Apopka, Florida. The $50.9 million project will comprise four buildings measuring four stories above grade. It will offer 267 apartments, measuring 797 square feet to 1,378 square feet each.

Previously, it was home to a mobile home park for seniors and campground. Now, plans are underway for over 400 family homes.
