Victory Park is presently looking for trade partners to build a hotel, a six-story Wyndham Garden Hotel. That aspect will comprise more than 75,000 square feet of new construction, offering 125 rooms.
Sources report that construction on Adventis Lauderhill, a mixed-use development, could start in May 2023. The complex will host anywhere from 255 to 275 “flex units.”
