Odyssey by Soltura is now offering in-person tours for its new luxury apartments in Fort Myers, Florida. The venture broke ground in 2021, offering 129 homes on a 12-acre lot. The venture itself required $29 million to complete, and the developer purchased the build site for $650,000 in February 2021. Some homes will become available starting July 15, 2022.

The South Florida Business Journal reports that the development will also have 1,450 square feet of retail space and 435 parking spots.
