DR Horton has big plans for a new housing development in St. Cloud, Florida. Bueno Lago is a two-phase venture that seeks to offer residences measuring 1,463 square feet to 2,601 square feet. The venture’s website reports that homes range from three-bedroom to five-bedroom units.
The Hardwick at Ford on Bay is taking shape in Duval County, Florida. The $140 million venture rests on a 2.4-acre riverfront parcel. The development could offer 332 apartments in a building measuring 300 feet tall, resting on a 75-foot pedestal.
NR Investments hopes to move forward with a new mixed-use development in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The Miami Herald reports that the residential aspect could comprise 2,500 homes spread across multiple buildings.
Lake Flores is where “working, playing, and enjoying life meet.” The mixed-use development in West Bradenton, Florida, will rest on a lot measuring more than 1,000 acres. The development will deliver 6,500 homes, according to the Herald Tribune.
Developers hope to move forward with a development dubbed “Snug Harbor,” a mixed-use venture in St. Petersburg, Florida. St. Pete Rising reports that the community could offer 376 housing units on a 39-acre plot. The north end of the development would offer 120 rental units spread across two buildings. That area will also have a waterfront restaurant, 200 dry slips, and 45 wet slips.
