Sources report that construction on Gateway Luxury Apartments is slated to start in Fall 2022. The residential venture (located in Pompano Beach, FL) will comprise 128 units, requiring almost 140,000 square feet of new construction total. The homes will be spread across four three-story buildings.
Lynn Townhomes is slated for construction in Delray Beach, Florida. According to the Sun-Sentinel, plans call for three two-story luxury homes, measuring 2,200 square feet to 2,740 square feet each. Each home comes with a swimming pool and parking garage.
Rosewood Residences at Lido Key is unfolding in Sarasota, Florida. The $26.4 million venture, while still in its infancy, will comprise an eight-story building with 65 luxury units.
