Canopy at West River Tower 1 is just one of three ventures intended to replace Tampa’s North Boulevard Homes public Housing Project community. Per the Tampa Housing Authority, the new seven-story building will offer 112 homes, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units.

Forte Luxe is a high-end residential community in the works for South Florida. The complex will comprise 15 townhomes, measuring about 3,500 square feet to 5,000 square feet each. They range from three-bedroom to four-bedroom units, per Forte Luxe’s website.
Trammel Crow Residential recently got approval for a seven-story mixed-use project in St. Petersburg, Florida. It’s called “Alexan 1700.” The complex would offer 267 residential units.
Spyke’s Grove, an agricultural facility in Davie, Florida, will soon make way for a multifamily residential community. The complex will offer 86 homes, a mix of single-family houses and townhomes.
The Manhattan is an age-restricted residential complex slated for St. Petersburg. The 243 homes will be housed in a 10-story building, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units.
