Grand Living at Wellen will offer 192 apartments, comprising more than 235,000 square feet of new construction. Of the 192 apartments, 156 are independent and assisted living units, and 36 are memory care units. The homes will be in a four-story building.

Beachside Residences is unfolding in Hollywood, Florida. The seven-story residential building will offer 36 units, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom layout plans. Of the 36 units, some are two-story townhomes.
The Grove Resort & Water Park is one of Central Florida’s many vacation spots, just six miles away from Walt Disney World Resort. Now, an expansion’s underway, offering 160 vacation units, per the West Orange Times. The venture’s website calls the expansion: “The best of both worlds in vacation home ownership.”
La Baia has started construction in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. The venture offers 68 luxury units that have already sold out, having gone on sale in October 2021. Homes range from 1,100 square feet to 2,500 square feet, offering one-bedroom to four-bedroom units.
