Motocave is a luxury car condo service slated for St. Petersburg, Florida. Developers note that the homes will allow owners to store their luxury vehicles and spend time there. While residency is prohibited, owners can spruce up their areas with furniture and other belongings.
East Colonial, LLC hopes to start construction on a student residential venture in April 2023. It’s called “Fifty South Student Housing.” Sources note that the complex would replace a 12,300-square-foot Golden Corral restaurant.
