AdventHealth Training Center is nearing completion in Orlando, Florida. The multi-million-dollar project is a partnership between the Orlando Magic and AdventHealth. In 2020, the Orlando Sentinel-Orange County Edition noted that the facility would comprise more than 100,000 square feet.
Construction has ended on Hudson Village in Hollywood, Florida. Gomez Construction Company started working on the venture in Summer 2020 and finished construction nearly two years later. It cost about $13.6 million to build. Housing Trust Group, LLC is the owner.

Bridge Point Cold Logistics Center is a 12,000-square-foot facility is planned for Hialeah, Florida. The warehouse will provide high-tech refrigeration systems on a 20.16-acre property. Plans include 46 trailer parking stalls, over 200 parking spots, 49 docks, and various truck ramps.
Uptown Sky is currently undergoing construction in Tampa, Florida. Sitework began in late 2021 with NDC Construction company operating as the general contractor. Upon its anticipated completion in January 2023, the community will deliver 61 affordable housing units.
