Crescent Heights, a prominent real estate company in Miami, has a new multi-storied apartment building in the works. NEMA Miami (also called Nema Miami in other sources) will be a 428-foot building located on Biscayne Boulevard.

Eleven55 NoMi is the working name of a new housing development located in North Miami. Per the South Florida Business Journal, the complex will be built on 4.1 acres of land and is intended to provide housing to “mixed-income” families.
A new town is coming to Collier County, FL. Dubbed “the Town of Big Cypress,” the site will consist of three villages: Rivergrass, Longwater, and Bellmar. The town will hopefully provide thousands of jobs for new residences, as well as provide them with a host of new amenities, like a 42-acre community park.
Prestige Building Group is currently constructing three developments that are intended to provide workforce housing. The three complexes are: Poe’s Lofts, Champion’s Lofts, and Palm Avenue Lofts. In total, the three buildings will cost $21 million to build and provide 186 units.
