Developers are moving forward with Ora Hotel and Residences, a 39-story luxury condo-hotel planned for 1107 East Jackson Street in Tampa’s Water Street district. The project is led by ARC Realty Group, with Bob Lyons of Sunwest Construction and Jay Roberts of Prosper Group as co-developers. The site, located at the intersection of East Jackson Street and North Meridian Avenue, is just north of the former Ardent Mills flour mill.
Developer Park Road Development LLC is advancing with detailed plans for 30.6 acres of city-owned land in Hollywood five years after securing the bid for the property. The city’s Technical Advisory Committee is set to review the residential and commercial components proposed for 1600 South Park Road on June 3. Aventon Lake Conway, a luxury housing development, has officially broken ground in Orlando, FL. Spearheaded by developer Aventon Cos., the venture will offer 346 one-bedroom to three-bedroom homes, with floorplans spanning about 750 to 1,485 square feet each.
