Developers Get FAA Building And Tower Crane Permits For 30-Story Residential Tower At Solé Mia In North Miami

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued both building and tower crane permits for work on One Park Tower, a 32-story luxury residential building located within the multi-billion dollar, 184-acre master-planned community of SoLé Mia in the heart of North Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Turnberry Associates (Turnberry) in partnership with Rosso Development (Rosso), the condominium tower will contain 303 bespoke residences featuring interiors by Meyer Davis, overlooking a seven-acre Crystal Lagoon, surrounded by pristine landscaping designed by Enzo Enea. Residences will come in one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans, plus a collection of penthouses, and additionally offer stunning views of the Oleta River State Park, Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Miami city skyline.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued building permits for Ombelle, a large-scale two-tower mixed-use development planned for 300 Northeast 3rd Avenue in Flagler Village, Fort Lauderdale. Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by Brooklyn-based Dependable Equities, the 43-story project will yield approximately 1.5 million square feet of space, including 959 rental dwelling units, over 11,000 square feet of retail space, and more than 1,000 parking spaces. Witkin Hults + Partners is the landscape architect, and Flynn Engineering is the civil engineer.
