PMG & Greybrook Land $142.3 Million In Construction Financing For 318-Unit Society Wynwood

Society Wynwood, a 10-story mixed-use development proposed for 2431 Northwest 2nd Avenue, is taking a major step forward in the Wynwood Arts District. Developers Property Markets Group (PMG) and Greybrook Realty Partners have landed a financing deal of $142.3 million for vertical construction of the 318-unit project, which broke ground earlier this year. The financing will be provided by Pacific Western Bank and Square Mile Capital, marking the third Society-branded project for South Florida. MKDA is listed as the architect with Moriarty Construction as the general contractor.

Designs For An 8-Story Mixed-Use Building Proposed For 400 E Atlantic Blvd Under Review In Pompano Beach

Designs are being reviewed by Pompano Beach’s Development Review Committee for an 8-story mixed-use building proposed for 400 East Atlantic Avenue. Rising approximately 80-feet, the building is designed by renown architect Arquitectonica and developed by Atlantic Estate LLC. The property was purchased by the developer for $3.3 million in November of 2020, which sits just north of a narrow water canal and is about 2.4 miles west of Pompano Beach Pier. Plans call for a 334,442-square-foot structure yielding 204 residential units, 2,723 square feet of retail, 2,486 square feet of amenities and a garage of 260 parking spaces.

Una Residences is already nearing a complete sell out of it’s inventory in Brickell. Designed by Chicago’s Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture with Revuelta Architecture International as the architect of record and developed by the OKO Group together with London-based Cain International, the luxury condominium tower, addressed as 175 Southeast 25th Road, is projected to rise approximately 579-feet over Biscayne Bay spanning 47-stories with 150-feet of frontage along the waterfront. Construction continues on the massive 3-story parking garage that’ll simultaneously serve as the base and foundation of the tower.
